Lt. Gen. William Etter, Commander, Continental U.S. North American Aerospace Defense Command Region - 1st Air Force, presents Maj. Jason Hawk, D.C. Air National Guard, with the 2013 1st Air Force Aerospace Control Alert pilot of the year award during a ceremony held on Joint Base Andrews May 15.
