District of Columbia Air National Guard members prepare a F-16D Fighting Falcon for flight at Wallops Flight Facility, Virginia, as part of Guardian Shield 20-02, Sept. 21-25, 2020. The multi-service, mass-participant exercise tested cruise missile defense tactics, techniques and procedures, and is the largest live-fly cruise missile defense exercise ever held by the Department of Defense.
