The 110th and 113th Civil Engineer Squadrons from the Michigan and DC Air National guard conduct their two week annual training in Latvia. In conjunction with the Humanitarian Civic Assistance project they are adding insulation to the Ogre High School roof. They are working with Latvian Military and contractors on a $160K project funded by the European Command. Produced by Tech. Sgt. Tabitha Hurst. Includes soundbites from Master Sgt.
