National Guard Soldiers travel by barge to aid hurricane survivors providing tarps, non-perishable food, water, hygiene products and other specialty items on the island of St. John, Virgin Islands. Military efforts also extend to the island of St. Thomas where National Guard engineers and MPs work alongside civilian counterparts following two category five storms.
